6" Countertop Cutting System for Stone Slabs The Alpha® Countertop Trim Kit with ESC-150 / ESC-250 Stone Cutter is a guided cutting system for trimming countertops, natural stone, engineered stone, and other hard surfaces. The 6" Wet/Dry Stone Cutter combines with a carriage assembly and 4' guide rail to create a stable cutting setup for straight, precise cuts and can cut 1-1/4" (3 cm) stone slabs in a single pass. 4' Guide Rail and 6" Carriage Assembly The included ASC-6CSM 6" Carriage Assembly connects the stone cutter to the ASC-GR04 4' Guide Rail to control the cutting path while trimming countertops and slabs. Surface Protection Tape is also included to protect finished surfaces during guided cutting applications. 6" Eclipse II Diamond Blade for Natural and Engineered Stone Each kit includes an Alpha® Eclipse II 6" general-purpose turbo diamond blade for cutting natural and engineered stone. The blade features an 8 mm tall diamond layer for extended life and is designed to provide consistent cutting performance while minimizing chipping. ESC-150 and ESC-250 Cutting Performance The ESC stone cutter uses a 1200W motor operating at 10,000 RPM and accepts 6" cutting discs with a 7/8" arbor. Maximum cutting depth is 2". The ESC-150 operates at 110V and 11.2A with a Type A plug, while the ESC-250 operates at 220V and 5.5A with a Type C plug.
