Hand Polishing Pads for On-Site Finishing Alpha® Diamond Hand Polishing Pads provide a manual system for polishing and honing glass, porcelain, ceramics, marble, granite, concrete, terrazzo, and quartz surfaces. Their handheld format supports convenient on-site surface finishing without a powered polisher. Electroplated Diamond Hand Pads: 60–500 Grit The 60, 150, 300, and 500 grit pads use nickel-plated electroplated bonds that hold individual diamonds in place. These lower grits support progressive surface refinement before advancing to the finer resin-bond stages. Resin Diamond Polishing Pads: 1000–3000 Grit The 1000, 2000, and 3000 grit pads use finer diamond abrasives in resin bonds applied to specialized backing material. These higher grits progress from honing toward polished finishes after the electroplated stages. Complete Seven-Grit Polishing System Every grit is available individually, allowing users to replace specific pads or select the stages needed for a job. The DHPKIT includes all seven electroplated and resin pads for a complete progression from 60 through 3000 grit.
