Mount the blade with the arrow on the blade matching the rotation direction of the tool. Tighten the flange firmly using the manufacturer’s wrench; never over-torque. Allow the blade to reach full speed before contacting the material. Let the blade do the cutting; apply only light, steady feed pressure. For dust suppression and longer blade life, cut wet whenever the tool permits. Never use an 18 V cordless circular saw — 3,200 RPM is insufficient and causes premature wear. After use, run the blade free for several seconds to expel debris before storage.
