Apply Surface Protection Tape along the cut line to reduce chipping on polished or porcelain surfaces. Clamp the appropriate Alpha® Guide Rail (4', 7' or 12') to the slab; verify it is fully seated and parallel to the cut line. Mount the ASC-6CSM Carriage Assembly onto the rail and lock the ESC-150 (or ESC-250) Wet/Dry Stone Cutter into the carriage using one of the three included install templates. Connect the water feed to the cutter and confirm steady flow at the blade before powering on. For straight cuts, set blade depth and push the carriage steadily along the rail; for miter cuts, dial in one of the two preset miter positions before starting the cut. After cutting, rinse the carriage rollers, rail track and blade; wipe dry to extend bearing and rail service life.
