Press a hook-and-loop disc onto the face — align it evenly so the edges do not overhang. For curved or concave surfaces, add an Alpha Flexible Interface Pad between the block and the disc. Sand with even, light pressure — let the grit do the work; excessive force shortens disc life. For wet sanding, keep the work area flushed with clean water and rinse the block periodically. Peel and replace the disc when grit is loaded or worn; the H&L face stays usable for many disc changes.
