Hold the dressing stick firmly with both hands at a slight angle to the blade or wheel face. Make several light passes across the cutting edge until the diamond exposure looks fresh. Stop, restore the water feed, and resume normal cutting. Re-dress whenever the blade slows, glazes, or starts to chip the material.
