Sequence the grits in order: #200 (shape), #500, #1000, #2000, #3000 (final polish). Supply abundant water to the wheel at all times — Twincur™ ES is a wet process. Observe the Max RPM rating: 3,400 RPM for 4" wheels, 2,000 RPM for 5" and 6" wheels. Set feed rate and pressure per the Alpha® Twincur Recommended Parameters chart for your machine. Rotate wheels through the head sequence; replace each grit when the resin face has worn flat.
