Thread the wheel onto a low-RPM wet polisher with a 5/8"-11 spindle — max 3,500 RPM (PFZ301/401) or 6,000 RPM (PFZ501). Connect the polisher to a water supply; the Profiler Z is for wet applications only. For sink rims, follow the contour cut left by the AWS-125 Stone Cutter using firm vertical pressure. Use the optional PFBNG02B Nylon Guide to prevent dipping and keep the wheel level on the material. Allow the wheel to do the work — do not bear down or stall the polisher. For corner profiling, pair with an Alpha® Corner Ruler for guided, repeatable geometry. After use, flush internal water passages and inspect diamond surface for clogging.
