Guide Rail Cutting System for Straight and Miter Cuts The Alpha® PSC-150 Miter Cutting Kit combines two 6" PSC-150 wet stone cutters with two carriage assemblies and a multi-length guide rail system for controlled straight and miter cutting. The ASC-6CSM carriage assemblies include three positioning templates that support left-side miter, right-side miter, and straight cutting configurations. Precision Miter Cutting for Waterfall Edges and Lamination The system is built for producing precise miter cuts in 3/4" (2cm) material for laminated waterfall edges, book matching, and other fabrication work. With two stone cutter and carriage assemblies positioned in opposite directions on the same guide rail, both sides of a V cut can be completed with the edges prepared for lamination. One-Rail Setup for Multiple Cutting Positions A single PSC-150 and carriage assembly can also perform both miter cuts without repositioning the guide rail on the material. After the first miter cut, the cutter can be repositioned on the carriage for the second cut, reducing setup changes and improving fabrication workflow. Complete PSC-150 Cutting Kit with 4', 7' and 12' Guide Rails The kit includes two PSC-150 wet stone cutters with standard accessories and Eclipse II blades, two 6" ASC-6CSM carriage assemblies, 4', 7', and 12' guide rails, and surface protection tape. Each pneumatic PSC-150 operates at up to 8,500 RPM with a 6" cutting disc and a maximum output of 2 HP.
