Place the Quad blade onto the adapter, aligning the four mounting holes with the adapter pins. Secure the blade with the four supplied screws and two nylon lock nuts — do not overtighten. Thread the assembled blade-and-adapter onto the tool spindle hand-tight. Use the tool’s spindle-lock and an open-end wrench for final tightening per the tool manual. Confirm the blade rotates true; replace the adapter if any cracking, thread wear or screw damage is visible.
