Dry Flush Cutting with High-Speed Angle Grinders The Alpha® Quad Dry Flush Cutting Diamond Blade combines the cutting performance of the Alpha Plus blade with a specialized design for flush cutting applications. When used with the appropriate Quad Drive Adapter, the blade mounts to compatible high-speed angle grinders without the conventional lock nut, allowing the blade to cut closer to the work surface. Clean Cuts in Corners and Hard-to-Reach Areas The Quad blade is designed for dry cutting applications where access and cut positioning are critical. Fabricators can use it to create clean 90-degree inside corners, while monument builders can clean up marks left by larger diameter saw blades. Its flush-cutting configuration also makes it useful for sculpting, jobsite cutting, and reaching tight areas that are difficult to access with conventional blade setups. Quad Drive System for Flush Cutting Applications The 4", 5", 6", and 7" blades use a 20mm Quad Drive connection and require the appropriate Quad Drive Adapter for installation on a high-speed angle grinder. The 8", 9", and 10" blades use a 20mm flange with eight holes. The larger-diameter Quad Drive configuration is designed to support cutting with the angle grinder's existing safety guard in place when used with the appropriate setup. Turbo Diamond Blade for Demanding Dry Cuts The Alpha Quad is designed to deliver fast dry cutting with minimal chipping in demanding applications. Available in diameters from 4" through 10", the blade series provides size-specific thicknesses and maximum RPM ratings for use with angle grinders across fabrication, construction, monument work, and sculpting applications.
