Verify your saw’s maximum spindle speed does not exceed the blade rating: 8,300 RPM (9"), 6,200 RPM (12") or 5,360 RPM (14"). Mount the blade with the correct arbor adapter for your saw — 7/8" or Quad-W5 on the 9", or 1" / 7/8" / 20mm w/ pin hole on the 12"/14". Wear ANSI-rated eye protection, hearing protection and respirator. Confirm guard is in place. Start the cut at full RPM, then apply light, steady pressure — let the blade do the work. For deep or hot cuts, pull the blade out periodically to clear debris and let it cool. Inspect the blade before every use; replace if cracks, missing segments or excessive wear are visible.
