Variable Speed Wet Polishers for Stone Fabrication The Alpha® VSP-320 and VSP-340 Variable Speed Wet Polishers combine an 800W motor, 700–2,500 RPM no-load speed range, and center water-feed system for controlled wet polishing. Both electric polishers accept 4" polishing discs and support edge polishing, profiling, and core drilling applications. Heavy-Duty Gearing with Reduced Noise and Vibration A heavy-duty gear system uses a step-down transmission with bevel and pinion gearing to deliver controlled speed across demanding applications. Precision-machined components reduce noise and vibration, while a specially coated spindle reduces friction at the oil seals to support longer tool life. Center Water Feed and Water Management A 15 ft. flexible, kink-resistant water hose supplies the center water-feed system through an included garden hose adapter. An adjustable splash guard and ventilation cap help divert water away from the motor housing, while a 3 ft. EasyOn-EasyOff sleeve bundles the hose and power cord for improved maneuverability. Dual Handles for Polishing, Profiling and Core Drilling Each wet polisher includes a C-handle for torque-oriented profiling and core drilling and a reversible side handle for general edge polishing. Additional equipment includes a 15 ft. power cord with factory-attached inline GFCI, wrench, extra carbon brush set, splash guard, ventilation cap, and water-hose components. 120V and 230V Electric Polisher Options The VSP-320 operates on 120V power at 7.0A and uses a 5/8"-11 spindle with a Type A plug. The VSP-340 operates on 230V power at 3.5A and uses an M14-2 spindle with a Type C plug. Both models provide 800W of power, weigh 7.3 lbs., and use single-phase 50/60Hz AC power.
