The Alphacool Apex VPP is a powerful pump that is compatible with the most common D5/VPP tops and expansion tanks. The speed of the pump can be read out via the 4-pin fan connection and controlled via a PWM signal. The motor coils have been moved from the inside to the outside. The changes mean that the pump is fundamentally more stable and runs more smoothly and vibrations have been significantly reduced. Another positive side effect is that power consumption has been almost halved.Power supplyIn comparison to Alphacool's ice pumps, the power supply is not via a 4-pin Molex connection.
