After installing their preferred app on a mobile device, DJs can connect to the controller and start mixing immediately. For those who want to learn more advanced techniques, DJ software such as Serato DJ Lite can be used on a PC/Mac. Each DJ application is compatible with different streaming services. With Pad Mode Select, DJs can switch between various modes, such as Hot Cue mode, which allows any point in a track—like an intro or chorus—to be bookmarked for instant access. Please note: The supplied cable is USB-C to USB-C - if you have an older device that is not USB-C you cannot connect to that device with ANY cable and must instead use Bluetooth to connect to the device. This means you will then have to buy a splitter to be able to connect MONO outputs to speakers & headphones from the output of your device.
