The AlphaTheta EUPHONIA is a 4-channel rotary mixer that pairs high-resolution digital processing with an analog transformer circuit co-designed with Rupert Neve Designs. Every signal leaving the mixer passes through this transformer, which adds harmonics that stabilize low frequencies, add presence to mids, and smooth out highs, blending recordings of different styles into more cohesive mixes. Sound Architecture High-quality 32-bit A/D and D/A converters feed into 96 kHz / 64-bit floating-point DSP processing. The Rupert Neve Designs transformer, tuned specifically for the EUPHONIA, shapes the output into a punchy, polished sound that is distinctly different from a conventional digital mixer path. Low frequencies such as kicks and bass are more stable and defined, mid frequencies like vocals and instruments gain presence and gloss, and high frequencies such as hi-hats sound silky and natural. Rotary Faders The rotary faders use a custom mechanism with variable load: higher resistance when turning slowly for fine adjustments, lower resistance when turning quickly to reach target volume instantly. Elastomer grip on each knob absorbs vibration and ensures reliable contact. Volume curves were optimized through extensive DJ feedback for smooth mixing without equalizing. 3-Band Master Isolator & Boost Send The master isolator cuts at 250 Hz and 3.5 kHz with an 18 dB/oct slope, with selectable boost levels of 0 dB, +6 dB, or +12 dB. Boost Send applies effects to individual isolator frequency bands with one hand: press a Boost Send button and turn the corresponding isolator knob. Built-in Send FX Five spatial effects plus a high-pass filter: Delay, Tape Echo, Echo Verb, Reverb, Shimmer, and HPF. A dedicated send knob on each channel controls effect level. The time knob automatically switches between click-stop behavior (for BPM-synced Delay, Tape Echo, Echo Verb) and smooth rotation (for Reverb and Shimmer). Energy Visualizer The Mix Level Meter provides a needle meter for each channel, replacing the conventional single VU meter so you can check all channel levels simultaneously. The Spectrum Analyzer monitors the master output balance for consistent mixes across long sets.
