Our own Alpine Grain Atom Bluchers is built on Alden’s comfortable Leydon last. The Atom Blucher was originally part of the early 'Foot Balance System' shoe designs. In the past decade it has been reintroduced and redesigned by Mr. Arthur Tarlow, the president of Alden company. Alden trace their history back to 1884 when Charles H. Alden established the company in Middleborough, Massachusetts. They’re now widely considered to be the name in American shoemaking with an extensive range of style, fits and materials on offer. The Armoury’s selection features some of their best work. Please note that at the request of the company, we can only ship Alden shoes domestically.
