The Alpine SaC started as a personal project - building the best pack for summer alpine guiding in the Tetons. A bit smaller than the standard SaC (23+10L), a tapered bottom keeps things sleek and resistant to snags while downclimbing or hip belaying. The ice axe sleeve is great for snowy climbing, but serves a dual purpose as a quick and low profile trekking pole stowaway during the summer season.
