Developed through extensive CFD simulations and validated in the wind tunnel and on the track, this helmet is optimized for low-drag performance and superior energy management. Advanced Outer Shell Construction The outer shell utilizes sophisticated molding technology with a multi-composite combination. It features a 3K high-density carbon outer layer for maximum strength and energy dissipation, a uni-directional carbon composite layer, an aramid fiber layer, and a fiberglass layer. These components are bonded with an epoxy resin pre-preg to ensure the ideal proportion of resin versus fiber, providing improved energy management and limited shell deflection for maximum mechanical performance and lightweight comfort. Inner Shell and Impact Management Four optimized inner shells ensure a precise fit, improving comfort while reducing overall weight and enhancing impact effectiveness. An eight-piece multi-density EPS liner features six specific densities strategically positioned to absorb impact forces dissipated over the outer shell. Linear and oblique force management is achieved through a low-friction, polished EPS inner surface. This design allows the comfort liner to move independently against the EPS, significantly reducing the forces transmitted to the head, neck, and spine during an oblique impact. The A-Head Fitment System allows riders to tune the helmet's height and angle exactly to their preference for a truly custom fit. Aerodynamics and Ventilation The Supertech R10 is designed for stability at speed. It features lateral winglets to improve aerodynamic drag and a visor equipped with turbulators to enhance aero-acoustic performance. The comprehensive ventilation system includes 11 points of airflow: 7 intakes (including 3 in the chin guard and 4 on the top) and 4 exhausts. Air is actively circulated through a series of channels in the EPS liner, while specialized chin vents create a laminated flow across the shield to effectively prevent fogging and misting. Additional Features Under the rear spoiler, dual extractor vents effectively exhaust hot air, while the top vent's large central slider channels air directly to the top of the head for maximum rider comfort during intense sessions.
