Certified organic and biodynamic for over 20 years, our estate is located in Scherwiller, on the Alsace Wine Route. Our vineyards span a mosaic of diverse terroirs: gravel, sandstone, clay, granite, and schist.This meticulous manual work, combined with non-interventionist winemaking, gives our wines their distinctive character. We produce all traditional Alsatian grape varieties exclusively with indigenous yeasts, without any additives during fermentation. A bright, eye-catching pale-yellow colour with silver flashes. The nose shows a slightly oxidative characteristic, this isn’t a fault in the wine, this was purposeful. This is followed by touches of sweet almond, and peaches as well as Mirabelle plums. The palate reveals a well-integrated acidity, then led by the peachy style contributed by the Auxerrois. The sweet almond aromas find their echo on the palate. A vivacious streak of acidity expands gradually on the palate, resulting in an elegant finish. Intense yellow with silvery notes. The nose is pure with floral notes, accompanied by aromas of apricots and mirabelles. The palate is very elegant with good structure and great persistence. A variety of citrus fruit notes enrich the aromatic palette.
