If you’d like to make alterations to your HART charm jewelry, we are here to help! This bundle includes the cost of shipping both ways (we will create a label for you!) and the alt eration on your piece. We'll refund the standard shipping charge that is auto applied at checkout after you purchase the bundle. Once we receive your piece, we will work with you one-on-one to alter your jewels! Once you place the order for the Alterations Bundle, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to that email with a description of the alteration you would like to make such as adding new charms, taking a charm off and moving to a new HART chain, rearranging your charms, etc. We will email you back a return label.
