HOW TO USE - Combine amaranth seeds with two and a half cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for up to 20 minutes until grains are fluffy and w ater is absorbed. Add to rice, salads and soups, or as a side with your favorite dish. Show more
