Amarillo® is a world-class aroma hop famous for its intense citrus and floral profile. With a moderate alpha-acid content, Amarillo is exceptionally versatile, widely used for late-boil additions, whirlpooling, and dry-hopping in West Coast IPAs, Pale Ales, and Summer Wheats.
