Inspired by the multicultural identity and cuisine of the City of Angels, AMASS uses hibiscus, Reishi mushroom, Lion's Mane Mushroom, California Bay leaf, Cascara Sagrada and 24 other botanicals to paint a vibrant picture of this complex and distinctive identity. With a base of neutral corn and a complex regiment of separate extraction techniques for each botanical category, the resulting spirit is layered and complex yet not so unusual that we forget its gin.
