Wine cask finished .The first small batch artisan rum created completely in Nova Scotia. Made from fermented Crosby's Fancy Grade molasses, distilled twice in our still in Lunenbur g. This batch of Distiller's Choice Amber Rum is a combination of a first fill bourbon barrel, and a re-charred Blomidon wine barrel. It has a bold vanilla and toffee flavour, with notes of honey, dried fruit, and toasted coconut. A Distiller's choice! Classic Aged six years in a single re-charred bourbon barrel. A light to medium bodied rum, warm and sweet on the nose with notes of vanilla and cocoa. Distinctive vanilla, caramel, and toffee flavours, with dried fruits, paper, and oak on the palette. Show more
