In classical perfumery another option existed, one very often overlooked today: tincture of ambrette seed. For a significantly lower cost you get all the smoothing and fixing power of ambrette seeds. Ambrette Seed Tincture 20% is pale yellow in colour and very light in scent, but don't be fooled, its magic is not in its smell, but in the fact it contains natural ambrettolide, one of the most diffusive and powerful musks in modern perfumery. As with all our tinctures, this is made with 100% pure and natural alcohol produced with glacial waters from the Southern Alps. The absence of denaturants allow this to be used in natural perfumery, both EU and US standards.
