Amchur comes from dried mangoes and has a slightly fibrous texture. It is most often used in Indian cuisine and adds a tart, slightly sour citrus flavor to foods. USES: Use in Indi an curries, chutneys, marinades or soups. Amchur also works well on the grill with chicken or fish.
