Our latest original design celebrating 250 years of American Independence based on an early American tavern sign. Adapted from an antique painted pine tavern sign for Hart’s Inn, made between 1813 and 1827. The original sign was painted by William Rice (1777 - 1847) of Connecticut for Jesse Hart’s tavern in Berlin, Connecticut. The design features a federal eagle holding an olive branch and arrows, with stars representing the number of states at the time. We adapted the image with the words “America 1776” inside an oval border. The sticker: Printed on premium vinyl with a permanent adhesive and coated with a protective laminate that makes them resistant to fading, scratching, tearing, and water. This sticker has a low-tack adhesive that’s designed to be kind to car paint as well as be easy to remove. Size: 4.5" x 3.6" Also available: T-shirt — Made in America
