A specialty coffee subscription curated for americanos and straight espresso. The americano subscription is built for people who drink their espresso straight — no milk, no sugar, nothing to hide behind. Each shipment is the roaster's pick from current single-origin, specialty-grade lots that pull clean and complex as espresso. Bold enough to hold their own as an americano, interesting enough to actually taste like something. Built for home espresso setups — whether you're pulling shots on a Breville, a Rancilio Silvia, a La Marzocco Linea Mini, or a Decent. Every bag is roasted to order in Berkeley, CA the week it ships — never dark enough to mask the bean's natural characteristics or leave it oily. Your coffee ships within 24 hours of roasting. The roast date is on every bag. Wait at least 4 days after roast before pulling your first shot. What's included: Specialty-grade, single-origin coffee (8 oz or 16 oz) Roaster's tasting notes on the bag Brew recommendations for espresso Subscriber discount on every order Choose your frequency: biweekly, monthly, or bimonthly. Pause or cancel anytime — no contracts, no fees. Coffee Society is a specialty micro roaster based in Berkeley, CA. Single-origin coffee, roasted to order since 2023.
