Genuine, premium-grade crystals that are individually cut and polished for a flawless and refined appearance. Foam bases are now free with every gem stem purchase! The foam bases w ill not come attached to the handles. They will come separately. Visit my DIY page for tips and tricks for utilizing your Gem Stem. Cracks and chips are natural within these handles. It does not mean your handle is damaged or is of low quality. Lots of crystals have imperfections that are unable to be polished out. I will not accept returns for imperfections. Please note that if you are purchasing a small or medium handle, it is less effective when being used with a fresh flower foam base. The opening of the foam base is wide and smaller handles are too skinny to properly support the weight of your flowers. Show more
