The RhythmbathTM system turns any acrylic bath, hot tub, steam or shower cubicle into a highly refined audio loudspeaker. Whilst the thought is almost unimaginable, the results have to be heard to be believed! With no wires, grilles, boxes or vents - just your bath - the technology is completely unseen.Working on the same principle as a musical instrument such as the acoustic guitar, the whole body of the acrylic bath is made to vibrate very slightly by a patented electro-acoustic excitation device attached to the underside of the existing or new acrylic bath. Just like the body of a violin, those vibrations create an enormously powerful, accurate and natural sound source. The excitation device is identical in electrical characteristic to a conventional loudspeaker. Therefore the 'RhythmbathTM' is simply connected to any standard audio amplifier and source (via a multi-room audio system, or perhaps local amplifier and CD Walkman/MP3 player). When fitted, the product is completely unseen, is completely hygienic, needs no cleaning or maintenance, is completely safe and has no structural effect on the bath itself. The resulting effect is astonishing. When empty, or filled with water, the recreated sound stage is incredible. The reproduction is so life like, you can close your eyes and be part of that concert. What better way to relax, taking away the stresses and strains of a busy day by sharing your bath with your favourite artist creating your favourite inspirational music!RhythmbathTM is an exciting new product ideally suited for home renovators, homebuilders, hotel owners, architects, and interior designers wishing to create the ultimate bath time experience.
