This heritage service boot draws inspiration from the "Ammo Boot" which was crafted by Hartt for the Canadian Military during World War II. We have refined the boot to increase comfort and wearability. The original Ammo Boot featured steel treads and a thick double leather sole, which was designed for the rigours of wartime Europe. The Ammo Combat Boot was created to honour each step taken in the original Ammo Boot by our service men and women as they fought to liberate Europe and beyond. This boot is handcrafted using the finest European leathers and 270 degree Goodyear-welt construction. They are fully resoleable, and features a luxurious full grain leather calfskin lining.
