AMIG8349 LOCK N LOAD - Weathering Rechargable Technical Pencil The new LOCK & LOAD mechanical pencil and the 13 lead colours included in this set will revolutionize the way you apply weathering effects thanks how easy is to use and clean, and the precise control in the application it provides.Chipping and scuff marks, dust, dirt and grime, streaking, soot, rust, fading, metallic effects, chalk markings and graffiti, and panel line shading are just some of the many different effects that the LOCK & LOAD system will allow you to create with ease, but as you go using them, you will discover many more possibilities. The application is extremely simple and intuitive: the lead is pre-sharpened, so you just need to draw the effect and feather or blend it with a brush dampened with water, or wet the tip of the lead and apply the effect wet, and then adjust it using a damp brush as necessary. It can be easily removed with water if you're not satisfied with the result. We recommended to use them on a matte surface, as it provides more grip for a better result. They can be used to create the final weathering effects, but you can also protect the effects spraying a thin layer of varnish if you intend to apply other ‘wet’ weathering techniques with water or thinners on top. These watercolours will be of great help not only for beginners, who will appreciate their ease of use and cleaning, but also for more experienced modelers who will be able to fully exploit the endless possibilities offered by the LOCK & LOAD system.LOCK & LOAD colours have no smell and are non-toxic, thus they can be used at home and with children and pets without the need for additional ventilation or protection. The set contains: AMIG8313 LOCK & LOAD Mechanical Pencil with Gun Metal lead with tip AMIG8314 White with tip AMIG8315 Black with tip AMIG8316 Light Grey with tip AMIG8317 Grime with tip AMIG8318 Chipping with tip AMIG8319 Dark Rust with tip AMIG8320 Medium Rust with tip AMIG8321 Light Rust with tip AMIG8322 Olive Drab with tip AMIG8323 Faded Yellow with tip AMIG8324 Blue with tip AMIG8325 Silver with tip AMIG8552 4 SCALES RULER
