The AM-PA-15 is an automated solid-granule dosing system developed for high-throughput alloy preparation. It integrates 15 vibratory feeders, a high-precision balance, and dedicated control software to dispense multiple granular materials into sample jars according to user-defined target weights and formulation ratios. The system can be integrated into an automated alloy-preparation platform for AI-driven and autonomous materials research, with support for instrument communication, data acquisition, and database logging. SPECIFICATIONS Electrical requirements 208–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, single-phase Rated Power 1.5 kW. Feeding system: 15 vibratory feeders, each equipped with a 500 mL stainless-steel feed hopper Custom hopper capacities from 250 mL to 1.5 L are available. Maximum dispensing capacity: 500 g. Balance Readability 1 mg Dosing Accuracy Approximately 1 g, depending on particle size and the mass of each individual granule. Recommended Granule Size Ø2 × 2 mm to Ø6 × 6 mm. For best dosing consistency The granules should be as uniform as possible in both shape and size. Compatible metal granules are sold separately Sample Handling Supplied with one 8-position sample tray and eight stainless-steel sample jars. Operating Sequence Enter the formulation for each sample. Place the sample jars in the sample tray. The robotic arm automatically transfers each sample jar to the balance, where the programmed dosing sequence is carried out. Once the batch is complete, the system issues a completion notification. Optional Integration The AM-PA-15 can be paired with an automated arc-melting furnace or automated induction-melting furnace to create a fully integrated automated alloy-preparation platform. Dimensions and Weight Overall dimensions: 1400 × 940 × 1710 mm (L × W × H); approximate weight: 450 kg.
