The refill box contains a 250ml bottle of oil in a reusable PET plastic bottle and 10 new sticks. Then pour the new oil in and replace the sticks with the new ones. We recommend starting with three sticks in the oil and adjusting accordingly after the scent has had time to diffuse. If you want a stronger scent, simply add more sticks. For a more subtle scent, remove a stick or two.
