Our Amur Kaluga caviar is prized for its impressive large pearls, firm texture, and elegant brown-gray hue. Each bead delivers a refined burst of buttery, fruity, and nutty flavor, finishing with subtle brine and a clean, lingering richness. Sourced from the sustainably farmed Hybrid Dauricus × Schrenckii sturgeon, this caviar reflects exceptional purity, consistency, and craftsmanship. Known for producing some of the largest caviar grains in the world, the Amur Kaluga offers a luxurious mouthfeel—the firm exterior gives way to a velvety interior, creating the perfect balance of texture and taste. Because these sturgeon take over a decade to mature, their caviar remains naturally limited, adding to its exclusivity and prestige. Our strict quality standards and responsible aquaculture practices ensure that every tin showcases the highest level of freshness, flavor, and ethical sourcing. Enjoy Amur Kaluga on its own to appreciate its complexity, or pair it with blinis, crème fraîche, champagne, or your favorite accompaniments for a truly elevated culinary experience. This caviar is a stunning choice for celebrations, gourmet tasting menus, or any moment deserving of exceptional indulgence.
