As front of house at the Jellycat Patisserie, Amuseables Crossant greets every guest with a bow, a beaming smile and - if you're lucky - a chocolate sample from the tray. He's quie tly smitten with Head Chef Brigitte Brioche (though Amuseables Coffee Cup says it's obvious) , and spends weekends at Gare du Nord, timing the Eurostar to the second.
