For ANA they gather Birch sap in the springtime, reduce it to a syrup before blending with Scottish cream and butter into a sumptuous caramel. This is then expertly infused in their Birch spirit, before triple-filtering for a liqueur that is sweet, smooth and vibrant. Serves: A perfect alternative to dessert simply served over ice, or add to your coffee, delicious in cocktails, try poured over ice cream... Tasting Notes Nose: Light and subtly sweet with gentle toffee notes. Palate: Sweet and decadent with a clean, mellow finish.
