If you are new to backdoor play, get comfortable and somewhere you feel private. Insertion:Take it slow! Unless you know what you're doing, then carry on, but otherwise just use gentle pressure while inserting. Pause if needed, and if it gets uncomfortable, or too much pressure, then you've reached your limit (and can gradually work up to more). There should be NO pain during this process. Graduated sizes allow you to slowly work your way up to more length and girth. Play: If you'd like, and you're comfortable, play around a bit to experience different sensations and movements to find your likes and dislikes.
