The Analytical Sales 96F620 Glass Inserts are small, individual containers designed to be placed within larger vials or containers, primarily serving the purpose of storing and handling liquid samples in a controlled environment. These inserts are engineered to hold a capacity of 2 ml, providing a standardized volume for the samples they contain. A defining feature of these inserts is their glass construction, a material frequently chosen for laboratory vials and inserts due to its chemical inertness. This inertness minimizes the risk of reactions between the vial and the stored sample, preventing leaching and preserving the sample's original composition and purity. The flat bottom design of these inserts provides inherent stability, enabling them to stand upright within the outer container, which is advantageous for both filling and retrieving samples. These glass inserts are commonly employed in a range of analytical chemistry applications, including sample storage for chromatography, storage of small volumes of valuable reagents, and the handling of samples within autosamplers. The Analytical Sales 96F620 inserts offer a dependable and chemically stable solution for handling and storing liquid samples, especially when preserving sample integrity and preventing contamination are of utmost importance.
