Swe et flavor, meaty and nutty. An excellent bean for cooking and for a food storage crop. Yes, it looks similar to Jacob's cattle bean but they are slightly different. Anasazi beans are small, kidney-shaped, maroon and white beans. This is a rare heirloom seed variety we are thrilled to offer this year!
