An Ancestor Walk is a walking meditation where I will guide you through two generations of your lineage to uncover and heal these inherited patterns. In the session, we will first identify which side of your lineage we are working with—whether it's maternal, paternal, or both. From there, I will guide you through each generation, helping you develop a personal connection with your ancestors—both named and unnamed. As we walk together through your family history, you will have the opportunity to recognize, identify, and heal ancestral and generational trauma, allowing you to break free from the limiting beliefs, patterns, and emotions that have been passed down through the ages. This work is profound. By healing your ancestry, you also heal yourself and future generations.
