Ancestral Ground Mutton Blend Our ancestral ground mutton blend combines 80% meat with 20% organ meats, providing a balance of both traditional meat and nutrient-rich organs commonly included in ancestral diets. 80% Meat: Muscle tissue from the mutton, rich in protein and blended for a perfect balance of flavor. 20% Organs: A mix of nutrient-dense organ meats like liver, heart, and kidney — rich in vitamins like B12 and minerals like iron and zinc. This blend offers a more comprehensive nutritional profile than lean meat alone, and works great in meatballs, burgers, sausages, or stews. (Approximately half a pound) All of our lamb is unaged and domestically raised by American farmers. We provide you with the freshest and highest quality lamb.
