How to Use Wrap the blinker round the collar, lead or handle and press the ends together so it grips. Press the button to cycle through constant and the two flashing modes, and again to switch off. Care & Caution The battery is a small cell and is dangerous if swallowed. Keep the blinker and any spare batteries away from dogs and children, and refit the back section fully before use.
