A grey Anderson-style plug and matching contacts in SB50, SB120 or SB175 sizes, for high-current DC connections between a vehicle and a trailer, a solar array and a battery, an inlet and a portable power station, or two banks in a dual-battery setup. Grey is the standard mating colour used on most caravan trailer plugs, 4WD dual-battery inlets and portable power gear across Australia. Fits caravan supply lines, 4WD dual-battery leads, camper solar runs and forklift or industrial DC circuits. Housings are Anderson SB-pattern high-impact polycarbonate; each colour is a mechanical key so grey mates only with grey. Contacts are silver-plated copper stampings sized to the housing. SB50 carries 50A continuous and takes 8mm² cable, SB120 carries 120A and takes 25mm², SB175 carries 175A and takes 35mm². All variants rate to 600V DC and work from -20°C to +105°C. Crimp each contact with the Anderson crimp tool sized to the housing; open-barrel automotive crimpers will not close the barrel correctly and the joint fails under load. SB50, SB120, SB175 and SB350 do not mate across sizes; a SB50 will not connect to a SB120. Fuse the cable feed at the source for the cable size behind the plug, not at the plug itself.
