Andreani RALLY cartridge kit CF MOTO 450MT - 2024- The Andreani Rally Cartridge Kit is the ultimate front suspension upgrade for adventure riders seeking maximum control, stability, and confidence in demanding off-road conditions. Designed and manufactured in Italy, the Rally Cartridge replaces the original fork internals with a high-performance, fully adjustable hydraulic cartridge system developed to handle everything from rocky trails and washboard roads to aggressive adventure riding and rally-style terrain. Featuring independent adjustment of compression damping, rebound damping, and spring preload, the Rally Cartridge allows riders to precisely tailor suspension performance to their riding style, terrain, and load conditions. At the heart of the system is an advanced hydraulic architecture incorporating a dedicated high-speed compression piston, specifically engineered to improve control during sharp impacts and high-energy suspension events. This results in increased front-end stability, reduced harshness, and improved tire contact when riding over rocks, roots, ruts, and other challenging obstacles. To further enhance bottoming resistance and rider comfort, the Rally Cartridge is equipped with a hydraulic bump stop system that progressively increases damping force near the end of the fork stroke. This technology helps absorb severe impacts without the harsh metal-to-metal sensation often associated with conventional suspension systems. Each kit is supplied with springs selected according to rider weight and application, ensuring an optimized setup tailored to the individual rider and motorcycle. Features: Complete cartridge replacement system Fully adjustable compression damping Fully adjustable rebound damping Adjustable spring preload Dedicated high-speed compression piston for improved impact control Hydraulic bump stop technology for enhanced bottoming resistance Increased off-road stability and front tire traction Improved control on rocks, roots, ruts, and rough terrain Springs selected according to rider weight Designed and manufactured in Italy Fully serviceable and rebuildable Whether you’re exploring remote backcountry routes, tackling technical trails, or preparing for long-distance adventure travel, the Andreani Rally Cartridge Kit delivers the control, comfort, and confidence required to push further and ride harder.
