At a recent company bottle share we polled our team members and asked, "What three beers would you choose to pair with a Holiday-style meal and why?" Parley Porter Rum barrel-aged imperial porter with pineapple, toasted coconut, toasted almonds, and spices | 11.4%"I'd pair this with a spiced rum fruit cake. The tropical character of the beer would compliment the brightness of any apricots, cherries or similar fruits in the cake."
