Our process blends tradition with precision—slow-cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, milled with a roller mill, and naturally fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks with wild yeast. It is then double-distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, ensuring a smooth, refined finish. Aged for 18 months in used American Oak barrels, this tequila develops deep, rich flavors with warm oak and vanilla undertones, perfectly balanced with the essence of agave. Bottled at 40% ABV (80-proof), it’s Authentic 100% blue agave, and made with music.
