Angel Gully sits in Clarendon, in the hills overlooking McLaren Vale. We use the prized Shiraz grapes from this region to create this flagship wine. We handpick fruit and crush into our traditional open-topped concrete fermenters. The wine spends 18 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels before release.
