K03 Height Adjuster with extended angle significantly expands the sharpening capabilities. The angle extender allows you to sharpen knives with a sharpening angle of up to 36° per side (the standard body goes up to 22° only). The total sharpening angle will be 72°! Similar angles are used when sharpening the knife to the state "to chop nails". [See our YouTube video] Knives with one-sided sharpening require the extended angle also.
